Dr Kadian Gosler is a theory- and practice-based design-researcher with a PhD from the University of the Arts London, specialising in Bra Wearables, an emerging category of smart bras. She holds a Master’s in Merchandising and Management specialising in lingerie innovation and entrepreneurship from the Academy of Art University and a Magna Cum Laude Bachelor’s in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Her innovative research merges design processes, 3D-printing, and wearable technology, centring the lived experiences of the wearer. With over 14 years of expertise as a lingerie designer and merchandiser, Kadian has founded KDN Research and Design Atelier, a cutting-edge lab dedicated to shaping the future of intimate apparel through experimentation and development.
